A conversion boost for online retailers
Nearly two-thirds of online retailers report higher conversion rates over the past year in a new report from Shop.Org and Forrester. More than half say they are enjoying higher average order values. But mobile selling tools have yet to prove themselves to the 61 respondents, and U.S. retailers have yet to hit their full stride when it comes to global e-commerce and marketing.
